2.3 it is clarified by the diet experts who have their headquarters abroad that only the graduates of Higher Education (University or Technological) of Greece, the Department of the Nutrition -Dietetics of Harokopio University or the Department of Diet-Nutrition of HTEI of Thesssaloniki or the Department of Diet-Nutrition of HTEI of Crete (Annex of Sitia) or Department of Diet-Nutrition of HTEJ of Larissa (Annex of Karditsa), or graduates of recognized equivalent faculty of abroad, who were provided at the latest until 19 September 2016 with the laid down in article 1 p.d. 133 (OFFICIAL JOURNAL OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC A 213/01.10.2014)- certification of Management or Department of Public Health of the respective Regional Unity about the fulfillment of the legal requirements of exercise of their profession are considered as "dieticians/nutritionists".
2.4 It is clarified by the diet experts who have their headquarters abroad that only those who fulfill the legal requirements of exercise of their profession based on the state's legislation in effect where their headquarters are located are considered as "dieticians/nutritionists".
2.5 Diet experts who do not fall in categories under 2.3 and 2.4. may come in contact with the customer having advisory/instructive role as regards diet subjects yet, without being considered as "dieticians/nutritionists" according to the applicable legislation to them, domestic or foreign, as this is currently in effect.
3. USE OF OUR WEB PAGE FROM ORDINARY USERS/PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS
3.1 Our web page is addressed to ordinary users/private individuals and to diet experts. In order to acquire access to our web page as an ordinary user/private individual and be interconnected with a diet expert, you may be asked personal information (such as identity or contact details, medical background, weight background, preferences of diet, frequency of food consumption etc) within your registration process for the use of the web page or within the continuous use of web page from you.
